Markets soft, interests rate are great. Its a great time to pick up some great deals and flip, rent or occupy. Rent with a little positive cash flow now and when the market rebounds as it always will, sell for huge profits. HUD, VA, short sales, bank REO's are currently selling homes for 60/70/80 cents on the dollar. You just need an agent who can find and negociate these deals. I find them everyday and purchase some although I cant purchase them all. Give me a call if you want in on the action.
